In implementation of the cross-border project „STRANDJA/YILDIZ THE MOUNTAIN IS WITHOUT FIRES“ it has been designed and constructed a map in scale 1: 100 000 of over 13 100 km2 forest area covering the area of the state border between the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of Turkey along 182 km.

Intergraph Geomedia Course at Laboratory on Cartography, UACEG
The course was organized by Bulgarian Cartographic Association, TechnoLogica and Hexagon on 15 – 16 December, 2014 at the Laboratory on Cartography, UACEG. The theme was “Analysis and processing of satellite images using Intergraph Geomedia software for cartographic purposes”
The lecturer was Vladimir Filipov form TechnoLogica GIS department and the participants were students of Specialization of Cartography and young teachers.
